Gentle Touch Beauty and Spa requires at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. A $35 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows, though emergency situations with valid proof may be exempted. This policy ensures fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients.
